Payment Terms: Payments are due as per the terms specified in your invoice. A deposit may be required before starting work, with the remaining balance to be settled upon project completion.

Ownership: All designs, materials, and content created by AJS Business and IT Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon payment, ownership of the final design will be transferred to you.

Usage Rights: You may use the designs and materials for the intended purpose as agreed upon in the contract. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our designs without prior consent is prohibited.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of providing services. This encompasses, but is not restricted to business strategies, marketing plans, and client information.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the execution of services.
• Clients must review and approve all branding and advertising materials before they are finalized and published.

7. Limitation of Liability

Service Accuracy: AJS Business and IT Solutions will make every effort to ensure that the services provided meet the agreed specifications. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of materials once approved by the client.

Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any secondary, accidental, or resulting damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any of the terms outlined in the service agreement.
• If the agreement is terminated, the client must pay for all services provided up to the termination date.

9. Modifications

• We may alter these Terms and Conditions at any point, and such modifications will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
• Clients will be notified of significant changes that may affect their use of our services.
